A license or contract that appears during the setup of a software program or online service and that should provide the user conspicuous directions to click a button to agree to the terms of the license and optimally allows the user to store or print a copy of the license and allows the user to click another, equally conspicuous button, to disagree. If the user disagrees, web site navigation needs to be interrupted so that the user cannot purchase a license.
